Expert Women's Health Physiotherapy at Flex
At Flex Physiotherapy in Hillsborough, Sheffield, Beki specialises in women's health physiotherapy, providing expert care for pelvic floor dysfunction, pregnancy-related concerns, and postnatal recovery. Our women's health physiotherapy service in Sheffield offers a safe, professional, and empathetic environment where you can discuss sensitive health issues and receive evidence-based treatment that gets results.
Women's health has started to become a topic that is discussed with health professionals, on the telly, or between friends. This is a fantastic move in the right direction, and we have much more ground to make women's health care equal to the access of any other medical complaint.
Many women continue to keep their issues discrete, thinking that they are 'normal' and cannot be helped. You don't have to accept incontinence, pain, or discomfort as "just part of being a woman" or "what happens after having babies."
With a thorough pelvic floor assessment at our Sheffield clinic, your symptoms can be professionally and empathetically assessed, and with the right support can be improved and even resolved. You don't have to accept that you need to wear panty liners to catch the dribble of wee just because you were belly laughing.
