Jo founded Flex to bring dedicated physiotherapy and clinical movement to Hillsborough, later partnering with Beki to grow the studio into the multidisciplinary clinic it is today. While Jo has stepped back from hands-on clinical appointments, she continues to help steer our vision as Co-Director.
