Here at Flex, we pride ourselves on offering a wide range of classes. This includes specialized classes for ante/postnatal clients, alongside general classes designed to be accessible and beneficial for everyone, no matter your current fitness level. We also use small equipment in our classes to make sure the exercises are just right for you, adding challenge or support as needed.

At Flex Pilates, all the classes are delivered by fully qualified Physiotherapists using modified versions of the Traditional exercises originally developed by Joseph Pilates. This dual expertise means you're learning expertly adapted versions of traditional Pilates, designed for maximum safety and benefit.
Our modified approach makes these exercises incredibly safe and effective, whether you're managing an injury, recovering from surgery, dealing with weakened back or neck muscles, or are pregnant. Our instructors are highly skilled at customizing exercises to your exact needs, guaranteeing a safe path to your goals. We consistently update our training to maintain the highest teaching standards.
We intentionally keep our class sizes small, with a maximum of 12 clients. This ensures you receive close, personalized tuition throughout your session, allowing you to exercise both effectively and safely. This level of individualized attention, from Physiotherapist-led instructors, is what truly sets Flex Pilates apart from larger, less personal gym-based classes, especially for those with specific injuries or health concerns.
Prior to joining our studio classes, all clients must attend a compulsary pre-membership Pilates one to one session. This can be booked here.
