Minnie Dunbar

I am a Physiotherapist currently working within the NHS, where I have gained a wide range of experience through rotations in neurology, respiratory, community, medicine, and musculoskeletal physiotherapy. These roles have helped me develop a broad clinical skill set and a holistic approach to assessment, treatment, and rehabilitation.
I graduated from Sheffield Hallam University with a degree in Physiotherapy and also hold a Level 3 Extended Diploma in Sports Massage. This allows me to combine hands-on treatment techniques with movement-based rehabilitation to support recovery, improve performance, and help clients return to the activities they enjoy.
Outside of work, I am passionate about staying active and truly believe in practicing what I preach. I enjoy netball, running, gym training, squash, swimming, and walking, as well as camping, surfing, travelling, and spending time with family and friends.
I am passionate about helping people move better, feel stronger, and build confidence in their bodies.
I bring a positive, supportive approach to every session and enjoy working with clients to achieve their individual health, fitness, and rehabilitation goals.
