Welcome to the Flex Newsletter! The all new Flex Pilates and Physiotherapy Newsletter, keeping you informed of all the exciting things going on in the Flex community.

Welcome, From the Directors Here at Flex - Jo, Beki and the team are really thankful to all our members. Jo is loving driving her HGV’s and her driving skills are epic! Beki is settling into her new role as co-director and enjoying getting to know the wonderful community which Flex has. We have welcomed this month, new Pilates members and new instructor Katie- who has just completed her training for Pilates on top of her wealth of knowledge she also has in Neuro-physiotherapy. Katie will be currently covering classes. Autumn Class Themes Following feedback from our clients, especially those who join us online, we have decided to share the next block of weekly themes. This will enable those joining us online to be able to have their equipment at the ready for when class starts. I hope this is useful, also if there is a week where a piece of equipment is being used in the studio that can’t be mimicked at home you might be able to plan to attend a studio class. 09:10:23 - Release and load 16:10:23 - Posture 23:10:23 - Rotary control 30:10:23 - Adore your core 06:11:23 - Upper body strength and mobility New Timetable Classes! This class will be a studio ‘Intermediate Class’ which is suitable for those who have been within classes for a least 12 weeks. We also add a Wednesday morning ‘Low Impact Class’ at 9:30am. This class is suitable for beginners, those who are carrying injuries, or those looking for a slower more restorative class. Re-launch of the Flex Physiotherapy Service Beki is now working her physiotherapy magical skills in the studio clinic room. All of our valued members receive 10% off all physiotherapy services.
